The Louisville Regional has left the board
Last week's board included the 1010 Louisville Regional teams. This week's 14 day window starts on 13 October, so Louisville is no longer counted and every team on the board comes from an online event. A change caused only by Louisville leaving would look like a change in the meta, so each mover is compared below against online play alone.

Week 6 online only is the week 6 board without Louisville: 1685 teams from 1 to 14 October. The risers are higher than in week 6 online play and higher again in the second half of this window, so their rise is not caused by the window moving. Mega Garchomp Z and Rillaboom fall in online play as well. Floette-Mega is the exception: most of its week 6 usage came from Louisville, and it now sits in C tier.
Archaludon fell to A while its usage rose
Archaludon is on 26.1% of teams, up from 17.6% in week 6 online play, and its win rate is 52.1%. It is ninth by meta score at 153.6, just behind Garchomp, the lowest S tier score at 154.7. Its own score went up from 150.9, but Basculegion and Garchomp rose further. Mega Garchomp Z fell for a different reason: its usage dropped from 23.4% to 15.9% and its win rate is 48.6%.

Pokémon on at least 60 teams in either period. Compared against week 6 online play, 1 to 14 October without Louisville, so the change is not caused by the regional leaving the window.
Why the lower tiers shrank this week
The board holds 1541 teams, down from 2695 last week, because Louisville left the window and no official event came in. With a smaller sample, fewer Pokémon reach the minimum number of teams needed to be ranked.
