Mega Garchomp Z and Volcarona are rising on their own results

The Baltimore Regional left the two-week window this week, which removes 1077 official teams from the board. That alone would move the numbers, so each riser is shown below against the new week in isolation, 1 to 6 October, where Baltimore has no influence at all.

Pokémon	At Baltimore	Week 4 board	Week 5 board	1 to 6 Oct only
Garchomp-Mega-Z	5.9%	9.8%	15.5%	27.2%
Volcarona	5.3%	8.8%	12.8%	18.7%
Salamence-Mega	37.0%	28.9%	21.7%	15.3%
Arcanine-Hisui	24.4%	21.2%	19.0%	17.8%

Both risers were barely played at Baltimore and are at their highest in the newest week, so the climb is not an effect of the window moving. Mega Salamence is lower in the new week than on either board, so its decline is real and still going.
